CANCELLATION POLiCY for ALL Customers 

Your appointment at ONE.A is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

48 hours notice

All appointments for hairdressing and beauty therapy at ONE.A Caernarfon must be cancelled 48 hours before your appointment time. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.

50% FEE

Cancellations within 24 hours notice to 48 hours will receive a 50% charge of the total bill.

“NO SHOWS”

Client no shows and appointments with 12 hours notice or less of cancellation will be charged in full for all services across hairdressing & beauty.

Only under extreme circumstances, management may waiver the cancellation policy.
