THE SALON
| We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and services |
| The salon has been redesigned and the space has been arranged to adhere to social distancing guidelines |
| Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment |
| All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service |
| We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible |
| Our team will wear gloves, masks and aprons on the salon floor and all team members will wash their hands before and after every client interaction |
YOUR APPOINTMENT
| We will not be accepting walk-ins, you must pre-book |
| The hand sanitiser provided must be used on entry to the salon |
| Please wear a face mask at all time - we can provive these at a charge of £2 |
| We will greet you warmly but without a handshake or a hug |
| Please arrive alone and on time as a waiting area will not be available |
| If you are late we may need to reschedule your appointment due to our strict hygiene schedule between appointments |
| Hand sanitiser must be used on entry to the salon |
| We will not be serving refreshments so please bring a bottle of water |
| Please do not bring your own food |
| We will not have magazines in the salon |
| Please minimise what you bring with you, as you will be asked to keep all belongings with you. If you have a coat, bring a clean plastic bag and place your coat and belongings in this before placing it between your feet for your appointment |
| Your details will be kept on record for a period of 6 weeks for the purpose of track and trace |
YOUR HEALTH
| Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is unwell or self-isolating |
| Please rearrange your appointment if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell; or if any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating |
| We will be checking your temperature on arrival |
We are happy to discuss any of your individual concerns, please call the salon or speak with a member of the team.
We reserve the right to amend or adjust these guidelines based on government policy and new research to protect the safety of all our staff and clients
